Are you feeling lethargic, bloated, a bit heavier than you'd like? Want to kick-start your fitness but need some motivation? Want some help with training for an event? Prepared to work hard??! Then Bootcamp is for you!!

Bootcamp runs over a 4 week period (every other month) It's packed with fun, energising activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.  The sessions will be fun and motivating but hard work - you will need to put some effort in to get the rewards but it will be worth it when the healthier, leaner you emerges 4 weeks later!

We do interval training, resistance work, team games, running....the list is endless..! The idea is to challenge you and to get results quickly! Please note that it IS suitable for all - all levels of fitness will be catered for, so do not be put off by thinking you won't be fit enough - the whole point is that you improve YOUR fitness, whatever level you're at - everyone is able to work at their own pace. 

2 sessions per week £40. If you want to include Friday Insanity and/or Saturday Kettlebells in addition to make it to 3 sessions a week, it'll be £50. 

Weekday sessions are EARLY MORNING (Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30-7.15am) at the Public Hall in Winslow.

The Saturday session is part of the Kettlercise course which is 7.30-8.15am - you will need to bring your own Kettlebell to this (I do have a limited amount of spares - let me know if you want to come and I'll bring one along if I have one)

The next Bootcamp will run from Tuesday 5th November and run for 4 weeks, last date being Thursday 28th November.
