Coronavirus can DO ONE!!!

While many of us will be stuck at home for the next few weeks (hopefully not months?!?!), I am putting some workouts together for people to do at home. 

These will be sent automatically for FREE to anyone who pays a monthly subscription and available to purchase for anyone else. I will also try and run some live classes asap. Please let me know if you have any questions and/or any suggestions for any types of class you would like and if it's feasible, I'll do it!
