A lovely class designed to strengthen, lengthen and relax! This is a great low-impact class which is suitable for both beginners and fitness bunnies alike...This is a Pilates-based class (not 'pure' Pilates) which uses Pilates-style exercises and conditioning exercises to create a gentle class that works your whole body, with particular focus on abdominal muscles and your back, and also on increasing flexibility.  You won't get hot and sweaty but you will feel relaxed and about 2 inches taller when you leave! We sometimes use equipment (bands and mini-balls) too.

If you have serious back injuries/problems then it's not the class for you but it's fine for general minor 'wear and tear'! If in doubt, please contact me. Please note the class is not suitable for pregnant ladies either as I do not have any ante-natal qualifications - sorry! 

What to wear - comfy clothing and bare feet/socks. If you have your own mat then bring it along.
