There are 2 courses  - Tuesday evenings and/or Saturday mornings

Tuesdays: 7.30-8.15pm Venue - Furze Down school sports hall 

Saturdays: 7.30-8.15am Venue: Public hall


The late autumn block 2019 will run as follows:

Tuesday 7 sessions Tuesday October 29th  - December 17th  - £40 

Saturday 8 sessions Saturday November 2nd - December 21st - £40 

 

You will need to provide your own kettlebell  - they can be bought cheaply from Amazon etc - they recommend you begin with 4/5kg though if you are fairly fit, a 6kg would be fine. Men/stronger people tend to begin with a 8kg. I do have some spares you can try out before you buy (subject to availability - please ask!!) but these are for short term use only - you do need to get your own!  

 

N:B Please remember to PAY ON TIME, which is by the start of each block at the latest! Sessions are only transferable within the same block (if you miss a Tuesday, you can come on a Saturday, and vice versa) and there are no refunds for any missed sessions. The sessions are not pay-as-you-go - sorry!
